For 20 years JA Foundation has been turning empty plots into finished homes across Chennai and Tamil Nadu. Led by A. John Mathew, we handle everything from the first foundation stone to the final coat of polish — civil work, interiors, kitchen, flooring, doors and painting — so you deal with one team and one agreement instead of ten different contractors.

What does ₹2,300 per sq.ft actually include?
It covers the full turnkey build — foundation, RCC structure, brickwork, plastering, electrical, plumbing, flooring, doors and windows, painting, plus a free modular kitchen. Final specifications are written into your agreement after the site visit.
I live outside Chennai. How do I check the progress?
We install CCTV at your site. You get live access on your mobile and can watch the work any time, from anywhere in the world. We also send updates as the work moves stage to stage.
Do you really build according to Vastu?
Yes — it is our speciality. The plan is drawn to Vastu from the start: entrance direction, kitchen and pooja room placement, bedroom positions, water and staircase locations. It is not adjusted afterwards.
How are payments handled?
Payments are linked to completed stages, written into the agreement before work starts. You pay as each stage finishes — nothing is demanded ahead of the work being done.
Can you only do interiors, without construction?
Yes. Interiors, modular kitchen, tiles, marble polishing, PVC doors, wood polish, painting, renovation and pest control can all be taken up on their own for an existing house or flat.
Which areas do you work in?
All of Chennai — Velachery, Adambakkam, Pallikaranai, Medavakkam, Tambaram, OMR, Porur, Anna Nagar and beyond. We have also completed projects in other parts of Tamil Nadu.
